“The selection here is seriously expansive there’s really nothing like it in Baltimore City. We’ve been to so many other shoe spots and none of them clean their shoes the way this place does. Every pair was fresh and they told us they clean literally every pair for days. The prices were actually really decent too, especially for how clean everything was. my wife kept saying that she thought the vibe was super warm and welcoming. Checked this place out a while back and didn't think the energy was there but you can tell management changed. Energy was so up and the whole crew ended up chatting with me about the industry for hours😂. Definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to (and surprising the wife too)”

“This is the best shoe spot I've ever been too,the prices are amazing,the staff are amazing,I come here once a week to buy shoes,I love it here....come here you will not regret it!!!....people that come here to trade shoes want top dollar dont understand how this place works nor how the shoe game works....sneaker premier doesn't charge the value price for there shoes so why would they give you top value for trade in or shoes you sell,they will literally go out of business....for example I brought the 2014 sport blue Jordan 6s...those shoes value 450$ online I got them for 150$,so that's how it works,if you want top dollar you have to sell privately,like how can you trade in a shoe and want top dollar and then buy a pair of shoes for 150$ and then you walk away with cash...they would literally go out of business,that's how it works.”

“So I just called them today to inquire about a pair of shoes that I wanted to sell them, I have never worn the shoes. I was told that they don’t give estimates for shoes over the phone, so basically you want me to drive about 20 or 30 minutes to your store for you possibly to maybe buy my shoes or may not buy my shoes makes no sense to me. When I asked again to verify the person got smart and I told them don’t worry, you just won’t get my business I give them a 0 overall, this business definitely needs to work on their customer service. They could never get my business after this, and I would never refer or recommend.”
